EPA and DHA unsaturated fatty acids are crucial but not naturally synthesized by the human body sufficiently. The content of DHA is as high as 50%. Each softgel capsule contains :
Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides ------------------------------- 300mg
Containing Omega-3 marine triglycerides 180mg as:
Equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) -------------------------------------- 30mg
Equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) ----------------------------------- 150mg

Recommended Dosage :
Children 2 years or older: Take 1 softgel capsule at a time, 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
